Tucked away in the heart of Coburg, our warehouse venue is a versatile, industrial space designed to host dance, performance, private events, creative rehearsals, and more. Whether you’re running a workshop, throwing a celebration, or producing your next project, this space adapts to your needs.

About the space

  • Spacious & Flexible Layout: High ceilings, open-plan warehouse space with a sprung wooden floor with grey Tarkett.

  • Movement-Ready: Ideal for dance rehearsals, classes of any kind, movement practices, or performance development.

  • Event Friendly: industrial style event style with a rustic feel ready to be transformed how you like. Basic lighting and sound provided.

  • Accessible Location: Conveniently located in Coburg, close to public transport and local amenities. Parking can be difficult from 9-5 on weekdays but we have 4 parking spaces on site.

Studio Hire

(Rehearsals / Classes / Creative Development)

  • $70 per hour

  • $250 half day (up to 4 hours)

  • $500 full day (up to 8 hours)

  • $300 per day for long-term bookings (5+ consecutive days)

Event Hire

(Performances / Showings / Public or Ticketed Events)

  • $700 — up to 6 hours

  • $950 — up to 10 hours

Commercial, corporate, or ticketed events are quoted separately.
